Marketing With Articles

One of the quickest ways to attract people to your ebook who will be interested in what you have to offer, is to publish articles about your chosen subject on the internet.

This will have the bonus effect of increasing your website's popularity with the search engines. That's because each of your articles will have the address of your site embedded in it, and when the search engine spiders come across it they see it as a link back to your web page. Which, of course, it is.

The more link-backs you have, the more favorably your website is viewed, particularly by the major search engines.

All you have to do is construct (or buy) well written articles which you can submit to the various directories. Other webmasters and ezine (electronic magazine) publishers will pick these up for use in their publications and so spread the word on your behalf.

This is very easy to do if your are on top of your chosen subject, and you could even use selected chapters from your ebook. In fact this is one of the best ways imaginable to introduce information products to a wider audience.

You can either submit your articles manually, or used a paid service. I use a combination of the two, and I list my favorites below. You'll see that there are not many of them. Two or three good ones is really all you need.

You may also come across software for sale that is designed to submit your articles to various directories and ezines. I have taken a look at it and my view is that it's way over-priced, considering its limitations.

You are confined to submitting to those directories built into the software, for example, whereas with a web-based system there is no limit of any kind. It's also a fact that rubbishy articles are being submitted in huge quantities using this software, in the hope of improving search engine popularity. It is likely to have the opposite effect.

I suspect it's only a matter of time before the directories call a halt to this flood of unusable garbage and begin refusing the automatic submission process. If that happens, the good quality articles will suffer along with everything else.

You really need to use a service where the quality of submissions is carefully monitored as well as the quantity. The one I use is not expensive, is extremely helpful and is widening its database on an almost daily basis.

This hands-on management is also reflected in my other choices and you can use them with confidence. Have a look at the software alternatives by all means, but don't get seduced by the sales pitch or the testimonials. They are frequently from people who all belong to the same joint venture group, and very few of them, if any, will actually have paid for the software.

They are given copies in exchange for sales recommendations, usually in the pre-sales period, so that the software comes to the market with a full range of recommendations from day one.

Article Marketing is the paid service I use and I'm very pleased with it. You can use the free service to try it out and I strongly urge you to do that before spending any money elsewhere.

There are a number of different packages available and none of them are expensive, In fact, you could just use the free service if you wanted to. You would still get submissions to over 3,000 users.

Free Recommendations I have two to suggest to you, and I'm not going to waste your time in explaining them. If you visit the websites you will get a very clear picture of how they work - and I promise you that they do work. These are the ones I use and I have found them to be exceptional. For one thing they don't keep bombarding me with the latest software release.
